Cross-fluted, unequal-angle, built to scrub
The cross-fluted, unequal-angle design mixes air and water turbulently for maximum heat and moisture transfer with minimal resistance and droplet carryover. TUFedg™ protective edge treatment available.

The workhorse. Unequal flute angles drive the turbulent mixing that does the actual cooling.

How to order replacement media
Media is priced by the square foot or cubic foot. Send us three things and we'll quote it same-day.
- Height × width × depth of the media you're replacing, in inches. Measure the media itself, not the frame opening.
- How many pieces, and whether you want TUFedg™ edge treatment.
- Your unit — if it's a MegEvap, the model number is all we need. Any other make, we'll need the measurements.
Standard vs. cut-to-order
Standard sizes are listed in the table above — those ship from stock. Anything else is cut to order, with a drop charge to the next standard size.
Depths stack: an 18″ depth is a 12″ piece plus a 6″ piece, and an 18″ width is a 12″ plus a 6″. If your opening doesn't match a listed size, it's still almost certainly buildable.
