Pure Vapor Humidifiers

True vapor humidification, not suspended droplets

The whole difference between humidification systems is how water meets air. Ideal for winery barrel rooms, produce storage, citrus degreening, and process environments.

The Difference

Watch what actually reaches your product

✗ Misters & foggers

Droplets are liquid water — they fall while they evaporate. Whatever sits up high gets wet, while low areas can stay dry. Steam spreads evenly but takes heat energy to make and adds warmth you may not want.

✓ MegEvap pure vapor

Our units deliver water already evaporated — true vapor the air absorbs evenly. No wet surfaces, no falling droplets, no added heat.

Sizing

Gallons per hour is the wrong spec

Releasing 40 GPH into air that can't hold it creates wet equipment, not humidity. We size systems to what your air mass can actually absorb at your temperature and airflow — which is a different number, and usually a smaller one.

That's the same psychrometric reasoning behind our cooling equipment: air has a finite appetite for water, and it depends on how warm and how dry it already is.

Discuss Your Application
  • Winery barrel rooms — hold humidity without wetting barrels or cooperage.
  • Produce storage — reduce shrink without free water on the product.
  • Citrus degreening — controlled humidity in the degreening room.
  • Process environments — where a steam humidifier's heat load is a problem.

Portable Coolers

Models from 6,000 to 20,000 CFM when the room needs cooling as well as moisture.

Specialty Coolers

Custom-engineered units when the application doesn't match anything off the shelf.

The Psychrometrics

How much water a given airstream can hold, and why that governs both cooling and humidification.
